We’ve rounded up some of the more interesting open houses happening in and around Park Slope this weekend. Any thoughts on these places?

461 15th Street (Sponsored)
List Price: $2,800,000
Size: Six bedrooms, three bathrooms, split over three units
Details: This handsome home includes such stunning details as inlaid Greek key (and other) pattern parquet floors, extra elaborate picture moulding, wainscoting, and woodwork, stained glass bay windows, and original mirrors — but it’s more than just a pretty face! Consisting of three two-bedroom, one-bath apartments, this building could make not only a good home, but a great investment. Between 8th Avenue and Prospect Park West, it’ll also put inhabitants close to the park, Pavilion Theatre, and F/G, as well as restaurants and shopping on both PPW and 7th Avenue.
Open House: Sunday, March 29, 12-3pm

107 Berkeley Place #2F
List Price: $695,000, $564 maintenance
Size: Two bedrooms, one bathroom
Details: Sleek, shiny, and sun-drenched are the words that come to mind while looking at this co-op between 6th and 7th Avenues. Its two bedrooms and living room offer lots of light as well as new, richly colored flooring, while the kitchen features updated finishes (if not the stainless appliances most commonly installed in local listings) and the windowed bathroom keeps a classic feel — plus we’re not immune to the charms of all that exposed brick and moulding around the windows. Outside of the unit itself, the building is pet-friendly, offers laundry facilities as well as bike and other storage, and has a shared garden area.
Open House: Sunday, March 29, 2-3:30pm

916 Union Street #2B
List Price: $649,000
Size: One bedroom, one bathroom
Details: What to make of this Grand Army Plaza-side place? Our initial instincts tell us a second floor unit could be loud, but we’re kind of loving the bustling Plaza view enough to risk it (“it” being recommending you visit the open house to see whether your head explodes from the racket). Besides the cool scene from the living room wall of windows, this co-op features an exposed brick decorative fireplace, lots of built-in bedroom storage, an eat-in kitchen, and a pretty windowed bathroom — plus the building offers extra storage, common laundry, and a community garden, too.
Open House: Sunday, March 29, 1-3pm

614 3rd Street
List Price: $3,200,000
Size: Six bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms
Details: If you’re not much for the classic brownstone style, maybe give this 1910 town home a glance. Its stocky good looks resemble that of west coast Craftsman bungalows — that is, if several of those bungalows were stacked on top of one another — while its location offers the (mostly) urban life we’re guessing anyone ready to drop a few mil on a Park Slope abode is seeking. Easy access to 7th Avenue amenities and public transportation and the pastoral dream of a backyard/Olmstead and Vaux’s masterpiece just up the block? Not a bad mix. Not a bad mix at all.
Open House: Sunday, March 29, 12-2pm
