We’ve rounded up some of the more interesting open houses happening around Park Slope this weekend. Any thoughts on these places?

204 8th Avenue #2A
List Price: $325,000, $554 maintenance
Size: Studio, one bathroom
Details: This place has a lot of good qualities — a working fireplace, gorgeous exposed brick walls, nice wood floors, free in-building laundry as well as bike and other storage, and an address one block from both Prospect Park and good stuff on 7th Avenue, for instance. However, its questionable qualities include its first floor location (maximum accessibility, minimum views and quiet?), as well as its Murphy bed (“rustic,” as the ad says, or not a good long term sleeping solution?). Fair deal?
Open House: Sunday, March 15, 2-3:30pm

218 Lincoln Place #5B
List Price: $559,900, $700 maintenance
Size: One bedroom, one bathroom
Details: So, you’d prefer a little something on the top floor? Something with inlaid parquet floors, new appliances including a dishwasher in the open-ish kitchen, and a sleek bathroom, perhaps? Something with a roof deck, garden, storage unit, bike room, and common laundry facility? You can have all that here, plus a location close to 7th, Flatbush, and Grand Army Plaza.
Open House: Sunday, March 15, 1-2:30pm

15 Berkeley Place #3B
List Price: $775,000, $834 maintenance
Size: Two bedrooms, one bathroom
Details: We haven’t seen the end of this week’s exposed brick yet, it seems! There’s plenty in this 900-square-foot apartment, which also includes a roomy updated pass-through kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer. The location will put you close to amenities on 5th Avenue, and just a few blocks each from the 2, 3, B, Q, and R trains.
Open House: Sunday, March 15, 1-3pm (email for appointment)

221 8th Avenue #1
List Price: $850,000, $625 maintenance
Size: Two bedrooms, one bathroom
Details: Holy intricate floors, moulding, paneled doors, tin ceilings, and windows a’plenty, Batman! This. Place. Is. Gorgeous. Its old-timey details coexist elegantly with updates in the bathroom and laundry-equipped kitchen, the latter of which opens right onto a lovely dining and lounging area — plus the pet-friendly building offers basement storage and a common roof deck. Right near this week’s first listing, it offers similar access to 7th Avenue and the park.
Open House: Saturday, March 14 and Sunday, March 15, both from 12-2pm
