This Weekend’s Open House Picks

Do open houses compete with Super Bowl plans? Find out at these ones this Sunday in the Ditmas Park area:

Just off Church, you’d be near great food and the Parade Ground. However, it’s an HDFC co-op, which means there are income limits for prospective buyers.

The apartment has enough room for a table in the kitchen, but the laundry in the basement. Hopefully the mirrored wall in the living room is easy enough to take down.

This is one of the few dog-friendly co-ops in the area, and it’s right above the space that will be the Milk & Honey Cafe, which I know we’ve been saying “will be opening soon” forever, but we are kind of pretty positive that it will open this month.
