• 462 Westminster Road is still available for $1,175,000. How this 6-bedroom Victorian has been on the market for for almost three months is beyond us. The house has a back yard deck, fireplace, butler’s pantry, stained glass, oak woodwork, large formal dining room and, just in case you need more reason to buy, it’s got a hidden staircase.

• 758 Westminster (pictured above) remains on the market with the price at $1,025,000. It’s a big one at 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Corcoran says that the 3-family house can bring in income while still leaving space to live large with a porch, garage, basement and driveway. Beware the brick front yard, a major turn off for some.

• 616 East 18th Street remains on the market at $240,000, a price reduced by $15,000 since July. It’s a 1-bed, 1-bath with an updated kitchen and common laundry, with a maintenance fee of $635.72. The most appealing detail is the sizable backyard with plenty of green, but that’s shared.

• 400 East 17th Street #300 is listed for $199,000, maintenance $704. Just around the corner from the Cortelyou Road subway station, this 720-square-foot 1-bedroom co-op with a doorman has an indoor garage – but there’s a wait list.
