This Weekend’s Open House Picks

The exterior is good but the interior is gorgeous, absurdly spacious and full of some of the nicest spaces in the neighborhood.

• 400 East 17th Street #5o8 comes in at $345,000. At 900 square feet, it’s a bit bigger than some of the other units offered at this building and also considerably more expensive. It’s in a great spot right next to the Cortelyou Road station and offers a part time doorman, parking, bike storage and laundry on the lobby floor.

• 385 East 18th Street #1D is on sale for $260,000. It’s a bit smaller than the previous apartment listed but it’s a newly renovated unit with an open kitchen and living room.
