This Weekend’s F & G Subway Changes

As you head out this weekend, heads up that the G will be operating every 20 minutes between Court Square and Bedford-Nostrand Avenues. Also, while the F is running normally in our area, make sure you take note of the changes to the line if you’re traveling into Queens. Details via the MTA:

Beginning Friday:

Jamaica-bound F trains run via the M from 47th-50th Streets to Roosevelt Avenue
Weekends, 9:45pm Friday to 5am Monday, until July 14
No Jamaica-bound service at 57 Street, Lexington Avenue/63 Street, Roosevelt Island, and 21 Street-Queensbridge.

Jamaica-bound F trains make local stops at 36 Street, Steinway Street, 46 Street, Northern Boulevard, and 65 Street
Late nights, 12:30am to 5am, Tuesday to Friday, until July 18 (except July 15)

F service operates in two sections
Late nights, 12:01am to 5am, Tuesday to Friday, until July 18 (except July 15)
The F train will operate between 179 Street and Jay Street-MetroTech, and via the A to/from Hoyt-Schermerhorn. For the second section, the F will operate between Stillwell Avenue and Bergen Street, and via the G to/from Bedford-Nostrand Avenues.

Beginning Saturday:

G train service operates every 20 minutes between Court Square and Bedford-Nostrand Avenues
Weekends, 5am to 12 midnight, Saturday and Sunday, until July 13
The last stop for alternate trains from Church Avenue is Bedford-Nostrand Avenues.
