Just over three weeks after a grand reopening after a devastating fire, Colonia Verde (219 DeKalb Avenue between Adelphi and Clermont) is now launching its brunch menu, to begin this Saturday.

With items like shrimp tacos, Eggs Benedicto with chorizo and huanacaine sauce, and fluffy pancakes with mexican chocolate, sugar, and peaches, the brunch lineup is shaping up to be a mix of familiar and fun — just like everything Colonia Verde does.

The brunch menu joins an existing dinner menu comprised of dishes inspired by childhood and organized in categories of “Botanas,” “For The Table,” “From the Garden,” “From the Fire,” “From the Land,” and “Sides.”

They’ll be open for brunch on Saturdays and Sundays starting at 10am. See you there, and let us know what you think!
