Rynn Berry, who collapsed while jogging in Prospect Park on New Year’s Eve, sadly died.

•  We spoke to Stephen Sheffer of The Farm on Adderley, whose film Cold Comes the Night is now in theaters, and photographer Chris John Bowman, whose book of Ditmas Park photographs is now on exhibition at Lark.

•  ToySpace on Cortelyou Road is closing in March.

Check out these pictures of Flatbush homes in 1978, including Mary Kay Gallagher’s account of her time with photographer Dinanda Nooney.

• What do you do about dog owners who don’t pick up poop?

•  Neighbors weighed in on ditching their MetroCards as soon at 2019.

• A new map released by the US Census Bureau shows statistics like median income, owner-occupied housing, age, and more in our area.

• We tried some belly filling goods from Flatbush Latin Grill.
