This somewhat secluded, 624-square-foot, single-family home, located at 2125 72nd Street, won’t be the runt of the litter for long.

The quaint structure is about to get razed and rebuilt by property owner Kenneth Wong, who has filed applications for a four-story, two-unit residential building — bringing it more than up to size with its neighbors — reports YIMBY:

The structure will measure 4,050 square feet in total, and the family-sized units will average a very spacious 2,025 square feet apiece, spanning across two full floors.

The houses on either side of the property are approximately 2,400 square feet in size. Two off-street parking spaces are included in the plans for space, according to DOB records.

Wong purchased the property in August for $815,000, according to Zillow. The applicant of record is Anthony Lee’s AJR Architecture in Manhattan.
