Coney Island Circus Sideshow
When: Daily, 1pm – 8pm
Where: Sideshows by the Seashore, 1208 Surf Avenue
What: Coney Island is the last place in the United State where you can enjoy a ten-in-one circus sideshow. Check out thrilling performances by sword and fire swallowers, contortionists, and other entertainers who were “born different” during this one-of-a-kind production.

What: The day before the one year anniversary of Robin Williams’ tragic suicide, Flicks on the Beach will be showing his beloved 1993 comedy Mrs. Doubtfire.

New Utrecht International Film Festival: Back to 1942

What: Watch the 2012 Chinese historical film Back to 1942, about a major famine in Henan, China, during the Second Sino-Japanese War. The movie will be shown with English subtitles and is based on the Chinese novel Remembering 1942.
