Ice Cream Fundraiser for Historic Lott House

What: Local ice cream shop Sundaes by the Park will host a fundraiser for Marine Park’s historic Lott House. A percentage of proceeds from ice cream sales will go to the Hendrick I. Lott House Preservation Association to develop programming and keep one of New York City’s oldest homes in good shape.

Community Board 15 Meeting

What: Community Board 15 will hold its final meeting of the season, celebrated with refreshments and socializing before the meeting at 6:30. The agenda items begin at 7, with four zoning items and a hearing on a proposed sidewalk cafe license for Roll-n-Roaster. There will also be a vote for a new letter of support on the proposed development at 1801 Emmons Avenue, the former site of El Greco Diner, after the developer altered his plans to include more seating in the commercial space and public plaza areas of the plan.
