There’s a ton happening this weekend, including a chance to join your neighborhood bloggers at The BITE: Sheepshead, a free outdoors concert at PS 217, Lola Star’s roller disco at Prospect Park’s Lakeside, a community-wide clean-up day, and lots more. PS 217’s free Spring Concert Series continues in the school’s garden, 6pm.
Feltman’s of Coney Island will be celebrating Brooklyn’s hot dog history with $2 dogs at Sycamore, 6-11pm.
Queen Cobra Thai serves up their tasty eats at Sycamore’s Flatbush Food Court, 6pm.
• Singer/songwriter Jono Manson performs at Bar Chord, 8pm.
• Gregg Allman’s guitarist Scott Sharrard and his Brickyard Band perform at Bar Chord, 9:30pm.

Friday, May 29

• Join the drop-in sing-alongs with Lloyd H. Miller at Lark Café, 10 & 11am.
• Get in shape at Shape Up NYC’s free cardio toning class at Prospect Park’s Audubon Center, 12-1pm.
• Meet fellow moms and dads at the New Parent Meet-Up, Lark Cafe, 1pm.

• The Brooklyn Bird Club leads an intro to birdwatching class at Prospect Park’s Audubon Center, 12-1pm.
Come to the Lefferts Historic House and see how wool was used on a Flatbush Farm, 2-4pm.
• Join an informal group for community members to discuss anxiety, ways to relieve the stress of daily life, and more, at the Cortelyou Library, 3pm.
