Monday, October 28
- Attend the Rolie Polie Guacamole singalong at Lark, 4:15pm.
- The Girls From Ipanema play Bar Chord, 9pm.
Tuesday, October 29
- Babies and books storytime is at the Cortelyou Library, 10:30am.
- Kids can join Miss Katie for a music class at Lark, 11am.
- There’s embroidery for adults at the Cortelyou Library, 1:30pm…
- … followed by Alden LaPaglia’s Monster Mash Halloween Dance Party (RSVP here), 2:30, 3:30, and 4:30pm.
- Sustainable Flatbush‘s Healing Herb Garden open hours are Tues-Fri, 4pm-6pm.
- Learn to make accordion and fold books at Brooklyn ARTery, 6:30pm.
- The Rob Mosher Quartet is at Bar Chord, 9pm.
Wednesday, October 30
- Attend a painting class with Fruiggie at Lark, 11am.
- Lend the Wednesday Corps a hand at Prospect Park (call 718-287-3400 for location), 11am.
- Get some help with your resume at the Cortelyou Library at 3:30pm.
- Teens can learn about PS3 gaming at the Cortelyou Library, 4-5pm.
- There’s a special Halloween mask making party with Fruiggie at Lark, 4pm.
- Prepare for your U.S. Citizenship exam at the library, 5-6pm.
- The Ditmas Park Mindfulness Group will meet at Lark, 6pm.
- Then sit in on an English conversation group, also at the library, 6-8pm.
- Attend a Participatory Budgeting meeting with District 45 Councilmember Jumaane Williams at The Flatbush Minyan, 818 E 16th Street (near Avenue H), 6:30pm.
- Attend a 70th Precinct Community Council meeting, to be held this month at Saint Paul’s Church (157 Saint Pauls Place between Saint Pauls Court and Church Avenue), 7:30pm.
- The Todd Gaynor Band plays Bar Chord, 9pm.
- Paul Laplaca covers classics from the 1950s til today at 773 Lounge, 10pm.
