Things To Do In Ditmas Park This Week
Thank goodness the heatwave has broken, and you can enjoy all sorts of events indoors and out this week! Check back on Thursday to see what’s on for the weekend.
Monday, July 22
- The Rolie Polie Guacamole sing-along with Phranque returns to Lark, 4:15pm.
- The Monday Night Vinyl Club is at Sycamore, 8pm.
Tuesday, July 23
- Join Mike “The Ballooniac” Gold for his Silly Sing-Along, Lark, 10-11am.
- Visit Pre-School Storytime at Midwood Martial Arts, 10:15 and 11:15am.
- Kids can join Big Jeff for song, dance, and stories at the Cortelyou Library, 10:30-11:30am.
- … and then make arts and crafts, also at the Cortelyou Library, 3-4pm
- Stop by Sustainable Flatbush‘s Healing Herb Garden for open hours, 2103 Kenmore Terrace by E 21st St., Tuesday-Friday from 4pm-6pm.
- Ben Lapidus and Ben Bierman play Bar Chord, 9pm.
Wednesday, July 24
- Kids can take a free trial Fruiggee printing class at Lark, 9:30-10:30am.
- Rock out with The Dad Beats, also at Lark, 11am.
- Lend the Wednesday Corps a hand at Prospect Park (call 718-287-3400 for this week’s location), 11am-2pm.
- Kids five and under are invited to story time at the Cortelyou Library, 2:45-3:45pm.
- Rolie Polie Guacamole is back at Lark for a singalong with Andrew, 4pm.
- Teens can learn about Playstation gaming at the Cortelyou Library, 4-5pm.
- Join an English conversation group at the Cortelyou Library, 6-8pm.
- Dance, eat, and shop at Prospect Park’s Summer Soiree, 7-10:30pm.
- Jam at the Free Standards series, Bar Chord, 9pm.
