60th Precinct Community Council November meeting
When: Tuesday, November 15 at 7:30 p.m.
Where: Community Board office at 1201 Surf Avenue, 3rd Floor
What: The monthly precinct meeting provides a space for community members to discuss local issues with the police, and for the police to provide an update on recent events.

High school admissions workshop and CEC21 monthly meeting
When: Wednesday, November 16 at 5 p.m.
Where: Abraham Lincoln High School at 2800 Ocean Parkway
What: Learn how the high school application process works, what to look for on a school tour, and other helpful bits of advice for applying students and their families. The workshop will be followed by a Council business meeting, which will be followed by a calendar meeting.
