Nathan’s Annual Hot Dog Eating Championship
When: Monday, July 4, 10am
Where: Nathan’s Famous, 1310 Surf Avenue (at Stillwell Avenue)
What: Join thousands at the Nathan’s Famous flagship restaurant in Coney Island for the annual Fourth of July hot dog eating championship, where last year’s winner Matt Stonie will try to hold is title against other glutonous competitors — including world record holder Joey Chestnut.

What: You don’t need to head to the East River to enjoy an awesome fireworks show this Fourth of July! Coney Island has it’s own explosive light display. Head down to the beach and boardwalk and check it out!
