We were so close to summer: beaches officially opened, Coney Island Smorgasburg kicked off, and the spray pads were finally turned on at Seth Low Park. But with rain forecasted for the rest of the week, we’ll have to bring the fun back indoors for a few more days.

Thankfully, this week kicks of Summer Reading at the Brooklyn Public Library with superhero-themed activites and games and Green Apron Kitchen is hosting a kids pizza-making class (check out Groupon for a 44% off deal). End out the week with a date night after dropping the kids off at The Little Gym for Parent’s Night Out.
