The Plaza At 300 Ashland To Host Outdoor Fitness Classes Monday Evenings
FORT GREENE – Next month, the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership will launch Movement Mondays, a series of free fitness classes held outdoors at The Plaza at 300 Ashland (at Lafayette & Flatbush).
The program kicks off on July 1 and will run through October 7 every Monday (except September 2) from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
Attendees can take Pilates classes or try BK Burn, a high-intensity interval training workout that combines strength exercises with quick cardio intervals for a total body workout.
For those looking to dance, there will be Bollywood-inspired dance sessions, Beyoncé Dance Workshops inspired by the performer’s choreography, and Brukwine classes— Caribbean-inspired dance workouts.
