The New York Times Discovers The Neighborhood…Again

South Slope Streets: 7th Avenue

The New York Times has discovered Park Slope and South Slope again. This time for their Block By Block Real Estate videos. The Times shows the requisite images of Prospect Park, brownstones, the Park Slope Food Co-op and moms pushing strollers.

The video also mentions the nickname, “No Park Slope,” and points out some of the more obvious stereotypes by describing the area as a “very lefty, progressive, slightly crunchy neighborhood.” But overall reminds us why we love the neighborhood.

You can check out their video below, and let us know what you think.
