The Man Who Cracked The Kletzky Murder Case
On July 15, WOR’s Steve Malzberg interviewed the man who found the security camera footage which led police to Levi Aron’s apartment. Yaakov German spent hours pouring over video, from the camp where Leiby was last seen as well as area businesses, in order to find the now infamous stills of Leiby Kletzky following Aron at the corner of 45th Street and Dahill Road.
Speaking with talk radio host Steve Malzberg, Yaakov says that at the time he found the footage, the focus of the NYPD search was further south, in the 50’s.
