The Lone Loader

For a while now, we’d thought this painting of a loader on the wall next to Geo Gas on the corner of Coney Island Avenue and Lewis Place had been part of something larger that was hiding under a sign that was affixed to the wall, and then painted around to leave just this. But Google Maps shows that wall was without a sign, and just plain white, in 2011. So someone just painted this, alone, way up on the wall — anyone know anything more about it?
