The L Train Apocalypse Averted?
Governor Cuomo dropped the announcement today that L train service to Manhattan may not have to be shut down after all to make necessary repairs. This seems to have come as a surprise to everyone, including the Mayor, and the city is sorting through its feelings on the topic – more on that soon.
