The Key to No Wait at Di Fara: Bad Weather
Because the forecast is about to take a turn for the worse, we thought we’d share this tip from neighbor Bonnie: If you don’t want to wait too long for a pizza at Di Fara, only head over when the weather is crummy, and, if possible, in the middle of the day.
She tells us she was in and out with a pie in under 30 minutes over the weekend, on a bitterly cold day. As the winds pick up tonight (we’re expecting gusts up to 60 miles per hour), it might not be the best day to head over to Avenue J (remember what happened last time we had strong winds). However, despite the flowers popping up, there’s still some winter left to come, so you’ll probably have a few freezing, snowy days to test this theory. Let us know how it goes!
