The G Does The Splits & More South Slope Subway Changes

Below you’ll find early week subway service changes for the D, N, R, F, and G lines in Brooklyn. Check back later this week to see what’s happening this weekend. Changes via MTA.info.

D Line

Coney Island-bound D trains skip Fort Hamilton Pkwy, 50 St, and 55 St
Days, 9:45am-3pm, Wednesdays through Fridays until January 23
For service to these stations take the D to 62 St-New Utrecht Av and transfer to a Norwood-bound D. For service from these stations, take the D to 9 Av and transfer to a Coney Island-bound D.

F Line

Jamaica-bound F trains skip Smith-9 Sts, Carroll St, and Bergen St
Late nights, 11:45pm-5am, Monday, January 12 to Friday, January 16
For service to these stations, take the F to Jay St-MetroTech and transfer
to a Coney Island-bound F. For service from these stations, take the F to 4 Av-9 St and transfer to a Jamaica-bound F. There is no G service at these stations during this time.

G Line

No G trains between Hoyt-Schermerhorn and Church Av
Late nights, 11:45pm-5am, Monday, January 12 to Friday, January 16
No service G at Bergen, Carroll, Smith-9 Sts, 4 Av-9 St, 7 Av, 15 St-Prospect Park, Fort Hamilton Pkwy, and Church Av. Take the F instead.
• Transfer between A and G trains at Hoyt-Schermerhorn.
• Transfer between A and F trains at Jay St-MetroTech.
G service operates in two sections:
Late nights, 11:45pm-5am, Monday, January 12 to Friday, January 16
The G runs as follows:
1. Between Court Sq and Bedford-Nostrand Avs
2. Between Bedford-Nostrand Avs and Hoyt-Schermerhorn
Transfer at Bedford-Nostrand Avs to continue your trip.
