The Chocolate Room In Pop-Up Space Until Move Up 5th Avenue

This weekend marked the last day of The Chocolate Room at its space at 86 5th Avenue, where they’ve been since 2005. As construction continues at their future home up the street at 51 5th Avenue, they’ve opened a temporary space at 82 5th Avenue (which was previously a Virgin Mobile location).

It’s a small space, so don’t expect to lounge over a hot chocolate (though they will have two kinds available), but if you’re looking for a box of chocolates, baked goods, or to pick up a special order, they can certainly do that. Hours are Sunday-Thursday 12-9pm, and Friday-Saturday 12-10pm.

They expect to open the new space in four to five weeks.
