The 4’s Divided In Two & More Park Slope Subway Service Changes
Below you’ll find early week subway service changes for the B, Q, D, N, F, G, R, 2, 3, 4, and 5 lines in Brooklyn. Check back later this week to see what’s happening this weekend. Changes via MTA.info.
4 Line
No 4 trains between Brooklyn Bridge and Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr
Late nights, 11:45pm-5am, Mondays to Fridays through February 13
4 service operates in two sections:
1. Between Woodlawn and Brooklyn Bridge, making local stops
2. Between Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr and New Lots Av, running express
between Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr and Franklin Av
For service between Manhattan and Brooklyn, take the D or Q. For Lower Manhattan and Downtown Brooklyn, take the 2 or N. More info here.
B Line
145 St-bound B trains run local from Kings Hwy to Prospect Park
Days, 9:45am-3pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays through February 26; 9:45am-2pm on Fridays through February 27
Please allow additional travel time.
D Line
Coney Island-bound D trains skip 71 St, 79 St, 18 Av, and 20 Av
Days, 9:45am-3pm, Wednesdays to Fridays through February 27
For service to these stations, take the D to Bay Pkwy and transfer to a Norwood-bound D. For service from these stations, take the D to 62 St-New Utrecht Av and transfer to a Coney Island-bound D.
F Line
F trains run every 20 minutes between Avenue X and Stillwell Av
Days, 10:30am-3pm, Wednesdays to Fridays through February 6
F service operates in two sections:
1. Between 179 St and Avenue X
2. Between Avenue X and Stillwell Av
Transfer at Avenue X to continue your trip.
Jamaica-bound F trains skip Avenue U
Days, 10:30am-3pm, Wednesdays to Fridays through February 6
For service to Avenue U, take the F to Kings Hwy and transfer to an Avenue X-bound F. For service from this station, take the F to Avenue X where it will become a Jamaica-bound F.
For service to/from Avenue U, take the B3 bus via transfer with the Q at Avenue U.
Q Line
Coney Island-bound Q trains run express from Prospect Park to Kings Hwy
Days, 9:45am-3pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays through February 26; 9:45am-2pm on Fridays through February 27
Trains stop at Church Av and Newkirk Plaza.
For service to Parkside Av, Beverley, Cortelyou Rds, Avenue H, Avenue J, and Avenue M, take the Q to Church Av, Newkirk Plaza, or Kings Hwy and transfer to a Manhattan-bound B or Q.
For service from these stations, take the B or Q to Newkirk Plaza, Church Av, or Prospect Park and transfer to a Coney Island-bound Q.
