More seating may be on the way for 7th Avenue’s Talde (369 7th Avenue at 11th Street). The restaurant recently applied for a 2-year permit to operate an unenclosed sidewalk cafe, and a public hearing is set for June 19 at 2pm (66 John Street, 11th Floor).

Of course, June 19 is a Wednesday, so if you have strong feelings one way or another about a Talde sidewalk cafe, you’d better request time off from work now so you can attend.
