Support Sandy Relief at Roots Cafe Fundraiser Tonight
Looking for something do to tonight? Roots Cafe (639 5th Ave) is holding a benefit show for Sandy Relief, featuring musical guests, Gypsy George, Bryan Nebel, Greg Cornell, Brother Hamm & Rabbi Darkside, Justin Kilburn, and Ryan Lamm.
Photographer Thomas Rupolo will also be there selling and signing copies of his book, Images of Red Hook. A portion of the evening’s sales will go toward relief efforts.
The festivities kick off at 7pm, so go hear some great music, grab a book, and help aid the continuing recovery efforts in our community. Admission is free, but donations are encouraged (it is a fundraiser, after all).
