Sunday Morning Outdoor Brunch May Become Officially Legal

Outdoor seating being set up at a Sunday morning toast-dealer.

In Park Slope, that mostly means you can go ahead and do what you were already doing anyway.

In Williamsburg and Greenpoint — where officials had begun to crack down on the obscure no-outdoor-eating-on-Sundays-before-noon policy — the proposed 10am start-time comes as a relief to both restaurant-owners (two more hours of business, no fines) and brunch-eaters (eggs, waffles).
