It’s the first week of January. Do you know where your kids will be going to summer camp? Here’s a list of camps that include weekly, specialty camps and summer long traditional camps. Check back each week as we’ll feature unique camps, discounts, and deadlines.

Kids are born to build. Construction Kids hone planning and engineering skills of kids as young as 4. Kids will learn to use actual power tools! New, in 2017, Construction Kids is offering chaperoned transportation to the Navy Yard location. Sign up for the whole summer, or cherry-pick weeks that fit your schedule. Registration opened January 1!

Build values for life. Trail Blazers helps kids unplug and explore the outside world. Through sensorial experiences, kids learn to value the earth–and keep these values for life. 6th graders and older can enjoy 2-week sleep away camps. Also, Trail Blazers offers a 5% on the total tuition of each participant registered by January 31.

iD Tech’s STEM-based program offers personalized learning for kids 6 and up, including some all girls camps in their Alexa program. They offer job opportunities for older teens and are even open on the 4th of July so parents that have to work on the holiday have a safe place for their children.
