Several Local Subway Lines Affected By Service Changes This Week

Below you’ll find early week Park Slope subway changes on the B, Q, F, G, D, N, R, 2, 3, 4, and 5 lines in Brooklyn. Check back later this week to see what’s happening this weekend. Changes via MTA.info.

B Line

145th Street-bound B trains run local from Kings Highway to Prospect Park
Days, 9:45am-3pm, Wednesday, May 27 to Friday, June 19
Please allow additional time.

D Line

Norwood-bound D trains skip 25th Street, Prospect Avenue, 4th Avenue-9th Street, Union Street and DeKalb Avenue
Late nights, 11:45pm to 5am, Tuesday, May 26 to Friday, May 29
For service to 25th Street, Prospect Avenue, 4th Avenue-9th Street and Union Street, take the D to Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center and transfer to a Coney Island-bound D or N train.
For service from these stations, take the D or N to 36th Street and transfer to a Norwood-bound D.
For service to DeKalb Avenue, transfer to the Q at Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center.
For service from this station, take the D, N, or Q trains to Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center and transfer to a Norwood-bound D.
Coney Island-bound D trains skip 71st Street, 79th Street, 18th Avenue and 20th Avenue
Days, 9:45am to 3pm, Wednesday, May 27 to Friday, May 29
For service to these stations, take the D to Bay Parkway and transfer to a Norwood-bound D.
For service from these stations, take the D to 62nd Street and transfer to a Coney Island-bound D.

G Line

No G trains between Bedford-Nostrand avenues and Court Square; free shuttle buses provide alternate service
Late nights, 10:45pm to 5am, Tuesday, May 26 to Friday, May 29, and Monday, June 1 to Friday, June 5
G service operates between Church Avenue and Bedford-Nostrand avenues.
Buses make all G train station stops between Bedford-Nostrand avenues and Court Square.
Transfer between G trains and buses at Bedford-Nostrand avenues.

N Line

Astoria-bound N trains run express from 59th Street, Brooklyn, to Canal Street via the Manhattan Bridge
Late nights, 11:45pm to 5am, Tuesday, May 26 to Friday, May 29
For service to 53rd and 45th streets, take the N to 36th Street and transfer to a Coney Island-bound N.
For service from these stations, take the N to 59th Street and transfer to an Astoria-bound N.
For service to 25th Street, Prospect Avenue, 4th Avenue-9th Street and Union Street, take the N to Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center and transfer to a Coney Island-bound D or N.
For service from these stations, take the D or N to 36th Street and transfer to an Astoria-bound N.
For DeKalb Avenue, Jay Street-MetroTech, or Court Street, take the Q instead. Transfer between the N and Q trains at Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center or Canal Street.

Q Line

Q train service operates between Stillwell Avenue and 57th Street-7th Avenue
Days, 10am to 3pm, Tuesday, May 26 to Friday, May 29
Take the N train instead. Transfer between trains at Times Square-42nd Street across the platform.

Coney Island-bound Q trains run express from Prospect Park to Kings Highway
Days, 9:45am to 3pm, Wednesday, May 27 to Friday, June 19
Trains stop at Church Avenue and Newkirk Plaza.
For service to Parkside Avenue, Beverley Road, Cortelyou Road, Avenue H, Avenue J and Avenue M, take the Q to Church Avenue, Newkirk Plaza or Kings Highway and transfer to a Manhattan-bound B* or Q.
For service from these stations, take the B or Q to Newkirk Plaza, Church Avenue or Prospect Park
and transfer to a Coney Island-bound Q.
This detour has taken into account additional planned service changes. Please allow additional travel time.

R Line

No R shuttle train between 36th Street and 59th Street. N trains provide alternate service
Late nights, 11:45pm to 5am, Tuesday, May 26 to Friday, May 29
R train service operates between 95th Street and 59th Street. Transfer between N and R trains at 59th Street.
