Spirt Halloween Store Opening On 5th Avenue Friday

We ran into the folks from Spirit Halloween (5th Avenue, between 9th and 10th Street) on Thursday, and learned that the costume superstore will “hopefully open Friday morning, but definitely by 2pm at the latest.”
