If you’re in the market for a new rental, you’ve come to the right place! We found four area homes that include everything from backyards and giant closets, to spa tubs and eat-in kitchens. Best of all, each property is $2,000 or less a month. Check out the details below:

14th Street and 3rd Avenue
Price: $1,750
Size: Studio, 1 bathroom
Available: December 15
Details: First up is a lower level studio on the Gowanus/South Slope border. You won’t have a ton of natural light, but there’s ample room for a sleeping/living area, and plenty of cupboards in the kitchen. Also look for hardwoods, a large closet, and new tile in the bathroom (which boasts a snazzy shower door). Pets are welcome on approval.

318 Greenwood Avenue, between East 3rd and East 4th Streets
Price: $1,850
Size: Studio, 1 bathroom
Available: December 15
Details: Need more natural light? We don’t blame you. Make your way up to Windsor Terrace for this newly renovated studio from Corcoran. The home features decorative shutters, a marble bath with giant spa tub (swoon), an eat-in kitchen, and a walk-in closet so large you could use the space as a separate office. Small pets are allowed after landlord approval.

6th Avenue at 20th Street
Price: $1.965
Size: 1 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
Available: December 15
Details: Judging by the shelves that are overflowing with stuff, our next property doesn’t have a ton of closet space. What it lacks in storage, though, it makes up for in its private backyard. With a little sprucing up, the outdoor area could really turn into something nice – and it’s not often you’re going to find a backyard for under $2,000 in this neck of the woods. Inside, you’ve got a bonus office/guest room off the living area, and a bedroom large enough to fit a king size bed. Pets are welcome.

8th Avenue at 17th Street
Price: $2,000
Size: 1 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms
Available: Now
Details: From little closet space to “great” closet space, our final home has the added perk of 1.5 bathrooms, and a nice breakfast bar off the eat-in kitchen. Additional features include hardwoods, several windows, and a large bedroom. We’re not sure who decided to put the mirror below the breakfast bar, but at least it will give you a great place to check out your shoes in the morning. Cats are welcome, but no pups are allowed.
