Prospect Park West, Between 17th and 18th Streets
Price: $1,825
Size: 1-bed, 1-bath
Available: April 1
Details: The most expensive rental on our list this week could be the home for you…if you’re not going to be spending a lot of time in the kitchen. It’s not the smallest kitchen we’ve ever seen, but the stove appears to block one of the cupboards and half the sink, which would drive us absolutely mad. Again, though, if you’re more of a restaurant/delivery/bodega sandwich fan than a chef, this could be a non-issue. Otherwise, it’s not a bad apartment. The bedroom appears to be quite large, and there are plenty of windows to brighten the place up. Heat and hot water are included, but no pets are allowed.
