We spotted an ad for a South Slope bar and grill for sale, on the corner of 6th Avenue and 20th Street. Here’s what Maximus Realty had to say on Craigslist:

multiple (7) flat screen TV’s, digital jukebox, along with traditional/highback seating.
The business has been grossing approximately $375K annually in its two years of operation, with tremendous growth potential.
Complete turn-key opportunity. All equipment, including POS system, furniture, and features included in the sale price.
It sounds an awful lot like Brooklyn Pub (689 6th Ave). We attempted to contact the pub to confirm the sale, but have not received a response. Has anyone heard anything?
