South Brooklyn Shakespeare Announces Auditions For Romeo & Juliet

If musical theatre isn’t your thing, consider tossing your hat into the ring for a role in South Brooklyn Shakespeare’s production of Romeo and Juliet.

Founded in 2013 by South owners Paul Molnar and Dee Byrd-Molnar, South Brooklyn Shakespeare brings the works of the Bard hyperlocal by inviting neighbors to a one-night-only theatrical performance on 5th Avenue.

Auditions will take place on April 15 and 16 for the roles of Romeo, Juliet, Mercutio, Tybalt, Benvolio, and Paris. Rehearsals begin in July.
