Soup in Summer

When the weather is hot and muggy, how many of you feel like eating a bowl of soup? Plenty, apparently, as we’ve noticed some instances of soup on the brain lately:

• Neighbor @KikiCharles, who snapped the photo above, said this of her early-morning Cafe Madeline bowl: “Lunch, breakfast this soup was delicious.”

• Chilled soups area also in demand, as Ox Cart had a cold white bean soup as a special last night.

• We hear Lark will be adding Hale & Hearty soups to their evolving menu soon. They welcome input, so feel free to let them know what else you’d like to see in the newly-opened space.
