Skipped Stops On The D & N, Plus More Weekday Subway Changes

The long weekend is over, and the respite from most subway changes is too. This week, you’ll have to look out for some late night changes that will disrupt your ride on the D and N lines, which are skipping several stops in one direction. Details on that and more from the MTA:

Coney Island-bound D trains skip Union St, 4 Av-9 St, Prospect Av, and 25 St
Late nights, 11:45pm to 5am, Tuesday to Friday, May 27-30
For service to these stations, take the D to 36 St and transfer to a Manhattan-bound D or N. For service from these stations, take the D or N to Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr and transfer to a Coney Island-bound D.

G trains run every 20 minutes
Late evenings, beginning 11pm, Tuesday to Thursday, May 27-29
Allow additional travel time.

Coney Island-bound N trains skip Union St, 4 Av-9 St, Prospect Av, 25 St, 45 St, and 53 St
Late nights, 11:45pm to 5am, Tuesday to Friday, May 27-30
For service to Union St, 4 Av-9 St, Prospect Av, and 25 St, take the N to 36 St and transfer to a Manhattan-bound D or N. For service from these stations, take the D or N to Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr and transfer to a Coney Island-bound N. For service to 45 and 53 Sts, take the N to 59 St and transfer to an Astoria-bound N. For service from these stations, take the N to 36 St and transfer to a Coney Island-bound N.

No R shuttle train between 59 St and 36 St
Late nights, 11:45pm to 5am, Tuesday to Friday, May 27-30
R service operates between 95 St and 59 St. Take the N instead. Transfer between trains at 59 St.

No R trains between Lower Manhattan and Downtown Brooklyn
All times until October 2014
No R service at City Hall, Cortlandt, Rector, Whitehall, Court Streets, and Jay Street-MetroTech. R service operates between Forest Hills-71st Avenue and Bay Ridge-95th Street. Trains run via the Q in both directions between Canal Street and DeKalb Avenue.

Additionally, look out for changes further along the F and N lines.
