Silver Alert: Yiunam Tsang, 96, Has Alzheimer’s [Update: Found]

A local family is frantically searching for their grandfather who has Alzheimer’s and disappeared after boarding a B1 bus yesterday.

Yiunam Tsang, 96, was last seen at 4:45pm as the bus was leaving 18th Avenue and 86th Street.

He is 5 feet, 2 inches tall, 120 pounds, partially bald with short gray hair, and brown eyes. Tsang has a thin build and light complexion and was last seen wearing a blue/green sweater, blue jeans and black/gray sneakers and carrying a beige tote bag.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS. You can also submit tips online or via text to 274637(CRIMES) then enter TIP577.

Update [10:48am]: Tsang’s granddaughter has informed us that he has been found in good health at a hospital.
