Silver Alert: Ruben Nunez, 69-Year-Old Deaf Mute, Last Seen On Ocean Avenue, Avenue R

Authorities are turning to the public in their search for Ruben Nunez, a 69-year-old man last seen yesterday afternoon on Ocean Avenue and Avenue R.

Nunez, who is deaf and mute, and takes medication for hypertension, disappeared sometime after 3:30 p.m. on Sunday. He was last seen wearing a green shirt, blue pants and brown sandals.

He is Hispanic, approximately 5-foot-10-inches tall, weighs 140 pounds and has salt and pepper hair.
