Sheepshead Bay Road’s Bagels R Us Gets Revamped

You’d be hard-pressed to spot differences at Bagels R Us (1424 Sheepshead Bay Road) from the outside, but the bagel store and deli underwent an interior renovation in the last few weeks that has spruced up the atmosphere in a powerful way.

New owners recently took over the spot, and they opened up the interior by removing some of the refrigeration units, added tables, and redid the walls entirely with a wood-and-brick theme. It gives it a nice, earthy feel, as you can see in the photo below.
