To all our Jewish readers – Shana Tova and may the new year be a good one for all!

Public Schools are off for Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish new year, which begins at sundown on Sunday and continues through Tuesday – so no school this Monday or Tuesday. Also please remember public schools observe Yom Kippur, which falls on September 19th this year.
