Permits have been filed to begin excavation and structural work at 525 Myrtle Avenue (between Steuben Street and Grand Avenue), development website New York YIMBY reported yesterday. The entity has proposed a seven story (74 ft tall), 26,696 sq ft building for the site, which is set to include 22 residential units, a community area, and commercial space.

The building will be designed by Caliendo Architects, whose previous residential and mixed use buildings can be viewed here.
