Scenes From Yesterday’s Cortelyou At Twilight
Cortelyou at Twilight

While munching on the Indian food that will soon be served at Picket Fence during yesterday’s Cortelyou at Twilight, we overheard neighbors describe the event perfectly: Trick-or-treating for adults.

From Spanish cider at Market on Cortelyou to Punchim balls at Mimi’s Hummus and Tumbador chocolates at Brooklyn ARTery (and so much more), there were so many amazing dishes (and drinks) that definitely put us into a food coma last night.

More than 20 restaurants and businesses offered special food samples and other deals during Flatbush Development Corporation’s annual event, which raised money for our local schools – all the proceeds from the tickets and 10 percent of the sales at the featured stores benefitted PS 139 and PS 217.

Here are some of our photos from last night, as well as from other neighbors. If you took photos, you can share them with us and we’ll post them to the blog! You can email us at editor@ditmasparkcorner.com.
