Three boardwalk businesses have now secured long term leases in Coney Island.

After reporting last week that longtime Prospect Heights diner Tom’s Restaurant would be opening a second location in Coney Island, NY1 says Ruby’s and Paul’s Daughter are also agreeing to eight year leases with landlord Zamperla.

Tom’s, which has been at its 782 Washington Avenue location since 1936, will be opening in the West 12th Street space formerly occupied by Cha Cha’s and a Nathan’s boardwalk concession stand.

Ruby’s and Paul’s Daughter had both been evicted by Zamperla at the end of the 2010 season, only to return for successful summers in 2011.

All three are expected to be open for business in April.
