Route Change to the B35 Bus Starts Today

Starting today and continuing through approximately October 2014, the B35 bus will be rerouted due to an ongoing reconstruction project of Church Avenue that includes updating infrastructure, installing sidewalk ramps and streetlights, and more.

The current phase of the project affects a section of Church between Flatbush and Rogers Avenues, which is expected to last until the fall of this year. Another phase will affect Church between Flatbush and Coney Island Avenues. The entire project is expected to be complete by February 2015.

The changes to the route send the bus around the current phase’s affected areas, leaving its Church Avenue route at Flatbush Ave (eastbound) and at New York Ave (westbound).
