Roller Skating Starts Up In Prospect Park This Weekend

Ready to roll? The ice has been removed from the rinks at the LeFrak Center at Lakeside in Prospect Park, and as of this weekend, it’ll be ready for roller skating!

Just in time for the public school spring break, starting on Saturday, April 4 at 10am, roller demons can lace up and take a spin. The rink is open daily, and admission to skate costs $6 Monday-Thursday, and $8 weekends and holidays. Skate rentals are $6 per person plus tax, but you can bring your own if you’ve got them.

Hours for spring break week are:

April 4-7: 10 am-8pm
April 8-9: 12-8pm
April 10-12:10am-8pm

They’ll update the hours following spring break, but last year they ran from Monday-Thursday 10am-6pm, Friday and Saturday 10am-10pm, and Sunday 10am-8pm.

We’re also checking in with Lola Star to see if her fun, themed Dreamland Roller Disco events will return, and we’ll let you know when we hear.
