Retail Space Coming To 484 5th Avenue

If there is anything more exciting than the mystery of a commercial real estate sign, it’s seeing construction begin.

The rental signs at 484 5th Avenue, formerly .99 Plus Bazar, have been replaced by a team of remodelers this week, and the crew tells us that we’ve got a new retail space coming soon.

Retail could, of course, mean anything from another dollar store to a GAP (egads). We’ll keep you posted on any hints about the new neighbors we can come across, but in the meantime:
