Now that applications have been coming in for the 19 affordable units at 490 Myrtle Avenue, listings for some of the remaining 74 market-rate units are also now available for perusal.

As reported on Curbed, the seven-story building — now renamed The Refinery — sits on Myrtle Avenue between Hall and Ryerson Streets in much sought-after Clinton Hill, atop a soon-to-reopen Key Food (fka Associated Supermarket), and with amenities such as a fitness center, dog run, reflecting pools with cabanas, terrace, bike storage, and a vegetable garden.

According to the seven listings on AptsandLofts.com currently online, there are two studios ($2,155), two 1-bedrooms ($$2,681 and $2,705),  one 2-bedroom ($3,715), and two 3-bedrooms available ($4,217 and $4,310).
