Reminder: Tomorrow Is The Clinton Hill Library Book, Bake & Toy Sale

The 2014 Friends of the Clinton Hill Library Book, Bake, and Toy Sale is being held tomorrow (Saturday, November 1) from 10am-4pm, at the Clinton Hill Library (380 Washington Avenue between Greene and Lafayette Avenues), rain or shine.

Stop by to browse hundreds of adult books, check out gently used toys, and snack on fresh baked goods for just $1 each–plus take advantage of specials like four kids books for $1 from 10am-2pm and “fill a bag” $5 special from 2pm-4pm. While book and DVD donations are now closed, neighbors are encouraged to donate toys and baked goods tomorrow only.

All proceeds will go to improving facilities and services for the library. In past years, the Friends group has raised funds for important stuff like furniture and children’s cultural programs, so please help contribute if you can and continue making the Clinton Hill Library a success!
